Job summary

Humana is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk 3 to join its remote US-based team. The role handles vendor invoices, customer payments, ledger reconciliation, and routine financial reporting with independent judgment and initiative.

Eligible candidates have 1+ year in finance, strong MS Office skills, and experience with AR/AP processes. This is a fully remote position with standard 40-hour weeks and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of finance experience.
• 2 years leading projects, processes or people.
• Experience with AR/AP or other finance/accounting procedures.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report AR/AP transactions.
• Pay vendor invoices and post customer payments timely.
• Maintain and reconcile AP/AR ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Prepare analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.
• Deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to queries.
