Job summary

Dynatron is seeking a sharp AR Analyst to own the AR inbox, apply payments, and keep receivables clean. You will partner with Billing, Collections, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and optimize NetSuite workflows, enabling accurate month-end close and improved cash flow.

Remote-first role with high-volume, detail-focused work. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years AR/finance experience, strong Excel skills, and a BA/BS in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related AR experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume inboxes.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own daily triage of the AR inbox and route inquiries to ensure timely responses.
• Apply incoming payments across ACH, credit card, lockbox, and wire, and match to invoices.
• Research discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash with Billing and Collections.
• Test workflows and document improvements for NetSuite.
• Maintain accurate customer records and AR aging accuracy.
• Perform cash reconciliation and investigate variances promptly.
• Prepare AR journal entries and assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Provide ad-hoc support across AR and accounting tasks as needed.
