Job summary

NWN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer portfolios, issue invoices and statements, and ensure timely payments from diverse clients. Qualifications

• Experience analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining customer account portfolios.
• Experience reviewing account balances, payments, adjustments, refunds, and billing activity.
• Experience researching and resolving short payments, credit requests, and account discrepancies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain an assigned customer account portfolio.
• Provide customers with account reporting, invoices, and statements to support timely payment.
• Review balances after payments and generate adjustments, refunds, and secondary billing as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and senior management to accelerate collections when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, organized account records and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills in account issues.
• Remote work duties may require productivity and availability per policy.
