Job summary

NWN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team remotely from the United States. This role focuses on analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining an assigned customer account portfolio, and providing customers with invoices and statements to support timely payments.

You will review balances, process adjustments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while helping reduce delinquencies.

Qualifications

• AA in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Experience analyzing and maintaining customer account portfolios.
• Experience reviewing balances, payments, adjustments, refunds, and billing.
• Experience resolving short payments and credit requests.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and with team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain an assigned customer account portfolio.
• Provide customers with account reporting, invoices, and statements.
• Review balances after payments and generate adjustments or refunds as needed.
• Notify senior management of potential losses and write-offs.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate payment.
• Respond promptly to correspondence and prioritize tasks.
