The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to ensure timely payments. Remote work options are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• AA or comparable experience in business, accounting, or finance is preferred.
• Experience analyzing and maintaining customer accounts and billing activity.
• Experience resolving short payments, credit requests, and account discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work with internal teams to support timely collections.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain an assigned customer account portfolio.
• Provide customers with account reporting, invoices, and statements to support timely payment.
• Review balances after payments and generate adjustments, refunds, or secondary billing as needed.
• Notify management of potential loss and recommend adjustments or write-offs.
• Manage delinquency reduction and coordinate with Sales to accelerate collections.
• Resolve credit requests, short payments, and account discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate payments and respond promptly to needs.
• Maintain accurate, organized account records and prioritize multiple tasks.
