Harness is hiring an AppSec Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering for our AI-Native DevSecOps platform. You will deliver demonstrations focused on Application Security Testing, runtime protection, and API/AI security while articulating business value to executives and technical stakeholders.

The role is remote in the SouthEast region with occasional travel to customer sites and events. Candidates should have pre-sales SaaS or cybersecurity experience and hands-on security tooling

Qualifications

• Pre-Sales engineering experience in SaaS or cybersecurity domain.
• Hands-on with modern application security practices and tools (APIs, AI security, SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Willingness to travel to customer engagements and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations for AppSec and API/AI security.
• Engage in complex technical engagements, workshops, and POVs to prove value across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to align security requirements with the Harness platform.
