Qualifications

• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce company and services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects not ready to schedule.
• Record prospect information and activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales reps.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
