Boogie Team is seeking experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to support U.S. home improvement and home services clients. This remote role follows U.S.

Pacific Time and offers flexible engagement with onboarding to start soon after assessment. The position emphasizes clear English communication, consistent follow-up, and accurate CRM records. Compensation ranges from $5 to $7 per hour, with no commission or bonus promised.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication.
• Previous appointment-setting, cold-calling, telemarketing, or phone-sales experience.
• Availability during Pacific business hours, reliable equipment, quiet workspace and internet.
• Include current city/country, weekly availability, earliest start date, and hourly rate in application.
• Live role-play and CRM note exercise for shortlisted applicants.
• Submit CV and 60–90 second audio/video introduction explaining experience, tools used, and Pacific Time availability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on customer inquiries and estimates.
• Qualify customer needs and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, call outcomes, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Work toward client-specific call-quality and appointment-setting targets.
