Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated Remote Appointment Setter to work fully remotely from the United States. You will engage homeowners who requested information on home improvement services, answer initial questions, and book appointments that connect clients with service providers.

Training and coaching are provided, with a clear performance‑based compensation model including uncapped earnings. You will manage warm inbound leads, maintain appointment quality, and work toward measurable

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Proactive, motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn structured sales processes and follow coaching.
• Willingness to spend 4–6 hours per day on the phone.
• Reliable computer, headset and high‑speed internet at a quiet home workspace.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week) including Saturdays.
• Legal eligibility to work from the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inbound leads from homeowners seeking information or quotes for home improvement services.
• Call prospective customers by phone, build rapport, assess needs and schedule appointments.
• Convert interest into qualified bookings by following established sales processes and guidelines.
• Confirm appointment details and accurately record information to maximize attendance.
• Manage daily performance metrics and focus on qualified appointments and booking effectiveness.
• Participate in training, live‑call coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques and outcomes.
