Jobgether is seeking a remote Sales/Appointment setting professional to manage warm inbound homeowner leads and book appointments for home improvement. You will follow a sales playbook, track metrics, and receive live coaching to improve performance.

The role offers fully remote work with weekly pay, paid training at 16 USD/hour and 8 USD per booking thereafter, with an advancement path into leadership based on results. Training and coaching are central to ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Excellent English, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• 4-6 hours daily on phone; reliable computer, headset, quiet workspace.
• No prior sales experience; customer service backgrounds welcome.
• Paid training USD 16/hour, then USD 8/booking, uncapped.
• Fully remote, weekly pay, live coaching, 90-day reviews.
