Sophie Society is seeking an Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist) to generate and qualify opportunities and book high-quality sales calls for our Amazon PPC division. This performance-driven role offers clear KPIs, strong earning potential, and growth paths.

You'll handle inbound and outbound leads using established scripts and SOPs, maintain pipeline hygiene, and collaborate with closers and marketing to improve lead quality and outcomes. Remote, global team, ASAP start.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years in appointment setting or SDR.
• Experience in high-ticket or service-based sales preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of Amazon experience required.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities.
• Book ~100 calls/month (4-5 per day).
• Drive 15+ qualified closed sets/month.
• Ensure smooth handoff to closers with detailed notes.
• Maintain 70%+ show rate and 25%+ close rate.
• Track activity and outcomes in CRM and reporting.
