Job summary

Nurse Life Coach Academy is hiring for a full-time, remote Appointment Setter. You will engage warm leads via phone, text, and email to qualify interest and schedule calls with the enrollment team.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, managing daily outreach, and meeting activity/conversion targets while collaborating to improve lead quality and messaging. OTE: $5k-$7k/month.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of appointment setting, SDR, inside sales, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and texts daily
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working within a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Build rapport and uncover interest, goals, and readiness
• Follow established scripts while maintaining authentic conversations
• Consistently nurture leads through multiple touchpoints
• Qualify prospective students based on NLCA enrollment criteria
• Schedule qualified enrollment calls directly onto advisors' calendars
• Ensure prospects are informed and prepared for their appointments
• Reduce no-show rates through effective confirmation and reminder processes
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
• Track outreach activities, conversations, and appointment outcomes
• Update lead statuses and notes consistently
• Participate in team reporting and accountability meetings

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Appointment Setter role responsible for connecting with prospective students and guiding them to scheduled calls with the enrollment team. Day-to-day, you will engage warm leads via phone, text, and email to qualify interest, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments.

You will maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring no opportunities are missed. The role includes managing a daily outreach schedule, meeting activity and conversion targets, and collaborating to improve lead quality and messaging.

Compensation: OTE: $5k-$7k/month
