Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Knowledge of scheduling, EMR, and healthcare documentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate patient care from initial contact through evaluation.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling inquiries.
• Manage electronic scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Perform accurate data entry and update patient information.
• Verify current personal and financial details of patients.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Handle faxing, filing, and other administrative duties.
