Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Call and text homeowners to set roof inspection appointments.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows (same-day confirmations).
• Follow scripts and objection handling (provided).
• Update outcomes in our CRM (notes, tags, next steps).
• Coordinate schedules with the field team.
