CPC (Colder Products Company) in San Francisco is seeking an Applications Development Manager, Thermal Management to lead strategic customer engagements across Western North America. You’ll drive opportunities, build relationships, and orchestrate product training with a focus on thermal management solutions.

This role blends technical insight with sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Strong candidates will have 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles (5+ years

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong relationship-building with strategic customers.
• Experience with thermal management products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities with targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Build strong relationships and networking with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
• Conduct regular product training and information sessions for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Manage key accounts.
• Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the Thermal Management network.
• Be a technical resource and point person with our broader commercial team.
• Perform VOC and establish customer needs; competitive advantages, and opportunities to position/reposition products to maximize market penetration.
• Leverage CRM to manage opportunities, application details and large account management.
• Actively participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.
• Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
