Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• 5+ years of experience developing analytics, reporting solutions, or operational performance metrics in IT service management or similar environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reporting using BI and data viz tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating findings for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with data from multiple enterprise systems to support governance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics, dashboards, and reporting for AMS performance.
• Implement data models, reporting processes, and automation to support capacity planning and service level reporting.
• Analyze service delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support governance and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate service performance reporting and partnering with leadership.
• Support major service transitions and cross-functional reporting opportunities as needed.
