Job summary

Magnus Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced BI/Data Analyst to develop enterprise dashboards, perform data analysis, automate reporting, improve data quality, and support data governance initiatives in a remote role.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, process documentation, and data-driven solutions that support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BI, data analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards and executive reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical reports.
• Experience performing data analysis, profiling, and data quality management.
• Experience documenting business processes and data flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Federal Government clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across operations, finance, projects, contracts, and security.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Establish best practices for enterprise data management, governance, and data stewardship.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and QA to ensure data integrity.
• Develop ad hoc reports, executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Gather and document business requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Document processes and data flows with process maps and diagrams.
• Maintain inventories of data sources, reporting systems, and business processes.
• Automate manual reporting to improve efficiency.
• Execute SQL queries, data extraction, analysis, and reporting from multiple data repositories.
• Support enhancements to dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with owners to identify reporting improvements and data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and reporting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous process improvements with innovative reporting solutions.
