Job summary

3M is seeking an Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist to design and improve analytics, dashboards, and reporting for Application Managed Services, with a focus on operational performance and governance across managed service agreements.

The role involves data modeling, reporting processes, and automation to support capacity planning, service delivery decisions, and executive reporting, with potential remote work for distant candidates and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of experience developing analytics, reporting solutions, or operational performance metrics in IT service management or similar environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reporting using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating findings for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with data from multiple enterprise systems to support governance and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics, dashboards, and reporting for AMS operations and governance.
• Implement data models, reporting processes, and automation to support capacity planning and utilization, work execution (Jira), and service level reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing service data and translating insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate service performance reporting, validate metrics, and prepare executive reports to drive improvements.
• Support major service transitions and cross-functional reporting opportunities as needed.
