Job summary

3M is seeking an Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and optimize analytics, dashboards, and reporting for AMS performance. You will translate complex operational data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders, supporting governance and continuous improvement across multiple service agreements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data modeling, and automation to improve capacity planning, service delivery, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of experience developing analytics, reporting solutions, or operational performance metrics in IT service environments.
• Experience designing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting using BI tools (Power BI).
• Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating findings for stakeholders.
• Experience with data from multiple enterprise systems to support governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics, dashboards, and reporting for AMS performance and governance.
• Implement data models, reporting processes, and automation to support capacity planning and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from service delivery data and provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain accurate service performance reporting and support governance and continuous improvement across managed services.
• Support major service transitions and cross-functional reporting initiatives.
