Job summary

Cresta is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team in the United States. You will diagnose and resolve intricate issues across APIs, databases, and containerized apps, acting as the technical bridge between customers and product teams.

You will document processes, create knowledge base content, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to accelerate bug fixes and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing engineering role.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with API integrations, databases, servers, and containerized apps.
• Familiarity with web hosting, telephony signaling (SIP), and network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across APIs, databases, servers, and containers.
• Act as primary technical contact for customer inquiries via email and support portal.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to expedite bug resolution and feedback.
• Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Reproduce customer environments to identify root causes and verify solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge and understand common use cases.
