Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Customer Engineer, APAC to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise contact centers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will combine software engineering with customer experience and cloud expertise to deploy and scale Cresta in complex environments.

You will partner with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, and Customer Success Managers while engaging with technical stakeholders across APAC to expand value and ensure successful integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Go, Python, and/or JavaScript.
• Experience using APIs and SDKs to build integrations and value-added solutions.
• Experience with AWS and Git.
• Experience with enterprise customer environments and complex technical ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration designs and project plans with stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Integrate Cresta solutions with enterprise contact center voice, chat, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Go, Python, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and maintain Cresta products and customer integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Cresta Engineering to resolve issues.
