Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Customer Engineer for the APAC region to deliver our AI-powered solutions to enterprise contact centers. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, and Engineering to own the technical execution of customer integrations and ensure Cresta fits within complex environments.

You will be hands-on technically while building trusted relationships with customers, identifying expansion opportunities as Cresta scales in APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on delivery experience.
• Experience building integrations for enterprise contact centers.
• Ability to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot integrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration designs and project plans with stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Integrate Cresta solutions with enterprise voice, chat, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Go, Python, and JavaScript.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance of Cresta products and integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and resolve technical issues.
