Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Migration Trainer/Support Specialist on the Synergy Migration team. This remote role supports customers migrating our software with training, documentation, and post-migration guidance.

The position requires 4 years in an IT role, a BA/BS in Applied Science or similar, and travel up to 5%. Candidates should live within ~70 miles of listed U.S. office locations and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4 years in an IT role doing application support, implementation or development.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to less experienced peers.
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution.
• Maintains effective communication with customer throughout project.
• Communicates customer needs with programmers and team members.
• Provides software support/guidance on functions and usage.
• Oversees system set-up for customer migration and related processes.
• Prepares the customer for the migration and post-migration support.
• Analyzes customer processes and maps to JH product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
