Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Migration Specialist on the Synergy Migration team. This remote role supports community banks and credit unions, guiding migrations, creating materials, and training customers and staff.

You will analyze existing processes, map them to JH products, and ensure smooth migrations with ongoing support. Ideal candidates have 4 years in IT with application support, implementation, or development, plus a BS in Applied Science or similar.

Qualifications

• 4 years in an IT role doing application support, implementation or development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to less experienced peers.
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution.
• Maintains effective communication with customer throughout the project.
• Communicates needs/expectations with programmers and team members.
• Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on functions and usage.
• Oversees system set‑up for customers and ensures business processes run on software.
• Prepares customers for migration and provides post‑migration support.
• Analyzes customer processes and maps them to the JH product.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
