Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Migration Specialist on the Synergy Migration team within the Synergy ECM division.

This remote role supports customers by migrating our software through Core, In-House, Hosted/Express, and Hosted/In-House engagements, ensuring continuity and smooth transitions for banks and credit unions. You’ll train peers, prepare materials, map customer processes to the JH product, and coordinate with programmers and the project team.

Qualifications

• 4 years in an IT role performing application support, implementation or development.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for meetings, trainings and conferences.
• Strong understanding of SQL and scripting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to less experienced peers.
• Prepares training materials and documentation.
• Identifies and tracks customer issues and ensures resolution.
• Maintains communication with customers throughout projects.
• Coordinates with programmers and team on customer needs.
• Provides software support remotely or on-site.
• Sets up customer systems and migration steps.
• Prepares customers for migration and post-migration support.
• Analyzes existing processes and maps to the JHA product.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
