Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a migration training and support professional to assist customers on the Synergy Migration team.

The role focuses on training peers, preparing materials, and guiding customers through migration and post‑migration support. You will communicate customer needs to developers and teammates, provide guidance on functions and usage, and help set up systems and job files to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 4 years in an IT role doing application support, implementation or development.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to less experienced peers.
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution.
• Maintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project/case.
• Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader.
• Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on functions, features and usage of software products.
• Oversees/performs system set‑up for customer (i.e., parameter set‑up, creates job files for processing, etc).
• Prepares the customer for the system migration, takes the customer through the migration process, and provides training or support to the customer post‑migration.
• Analyzes the customer’s existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing system to the JH product.
