Job summary

DEWESoft, LLC is seeking an Application Engineer to join the remote US team focused on high‑stakes aerospace and industrial testing. You will be the technical lead tying hardware and software to dynamic signal analysis, NVH, and multi‑sensor configurations.

You will travel 50‑75% to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada, support field proofs, and partner with sales during evaluations and onboarding, shaping next‑gen data acquisition solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on field or test lab experience.
• 2-4 year degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or related STEM).
• Deep familiarity with dynamic signal processing, vibration/NVH analysis, strain gauge setups, pressure transducers, and accelerometers (IEPE/ICP).
• Knowledge of data protocols common in aerospace and industrial testing (CAN/ARINC, PCM telemetry, Modbus, OPC UA, or EtherCAT).
• Willingness to travel 50-75% to customer test sites across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority matching our hardware and software with aerospace/test demands.
• Architect high-speed test solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Execute live proofs-of-concept on test stands and cells.
• Bridge multi-sensor systems including accelerometers, strain gauges and sensors.
• Co-pilot high-stakes sales during evaluations, RFP specs, and onboarding.
