Job summary

DEWESoft USA is seeking an Application Engineer for aerospace and industrial testing. This remote role supports flight-line to test-cell activities, with up to 75% travel across the U.S. and Canada, collaborating with flight-test and NVH teams to deploy high-speed DAQ solutions.

You will validate software processing speeds, sensor synchronization, and multi-channel architectures in real testing environments, contributing to cutting-edge data acquisition hardware.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on field or test-lab experience.
• 2–4 year degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep familiarity with dynamic signal processing and NVH analysis.
• Experience with sensor setups including accelerometers and strain gauges.
• Knowledge of aerospace data protocols (CAN/ARINC, PCM, Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT).

Responsibilities

• Architect high-speed test solutions configuring DAQ architectures for dynamic analysis.
• Execute live proofs-of-concept on test stands and ground-test cells.
• Bridge multi-sensor systems with accelerometers, strain gauges, sensors, and high-speed video sync.
• Co-pilot high-stakes sales; assist regional managers during technical evaluations and RFPs.
• Relate field demands to R&D to influence future hardware/software features.
