Qualifications
- Strong material science knowledge across films and laminations.
- Experience in new product development for flexible packaging.
- Proven project management and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities to commercialize flexible packaging opportunities.
- Develop and optimize packaging structures to improve performance and cost.
- Maintain strong technical customer relations and translate requirements into TOPPAN specs.
- Plan pilot, production, and filling trials with clear documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project goals.
- Publish trial reports for internal/external use.
- Travel domestically and internationally to plants, suppliers, and customers.
