Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years supervising an Application Development Team
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in large-scale development and design
• Experience managing customer requirements or demands
• Equivalent military experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead an application development team and manage staffing, work assignments, performance, and employee development
• Develop and prioritize project plans and requirements; ensure IT policies, security, and regulatory compliance
• Provide design input and supervision on complex software projects
• Mentor staff and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Partner with management across departments to align with enterprise IT architecture
