Executive Levels International is seeking an Enterprise Applications Development Manager to lead a 25-member software development team in Washington, DC. This role involves managing and mentoring staff while creating strategic plans for enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

This position is currently remote until further notice, with expectations to eventually relocate to the DC area. An attractive compensation package includes bonuses, 401(k), and 4 weeks of PTO plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years managing J2EE software development.
• At least 5 years managing a software development team.
• Experience in incorporating legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 25 developers and associated staff.
• Create strategic plans and application architecture roadmaps.
• Work on enterprise business solutions, web-based or hosted.
