Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or application development.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Strong hands-on architecture and solution design experience.
• Proven Java/Spring Boot background with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing cloud solutions on AWS and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java, APIs, microservices, AWS, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs and ensure implementation.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers (approx. 5–7).
• Drive projects from design through production delivery with stakeholders.
