Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to provide technical support and lifecycle maintenance for healthcare IT applications from planning to optimization.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams while supporting revenue cycle tools and Epic-related certifications. The position is fully remote with occasional on-site trainings and meetings, typically Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM MST.

• Proficiency with IT applications and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specification while providing product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors to support third-party applications including integration and troubleshooting.
• Executes standard and PM functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Participates in training material development for end-users and peers.
