Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Application Analyst to bridge business and technology for GTI's Ordering and CPG operations. The role will elicit and document needs, author user stories, and drive delivery across the application lifecycle.

Remote position with preference for Chicagoland area. The candidate will collaborate with Ordering, CPG Operations, and Finance, maintain the product backlog, and support Level 3 triage and MVP planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Order Management, CPG, ERP systems.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to document process flows and architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for requirements documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product backlog and grooming sessions.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and runbooks.
• Support SDLC activities and project status reporting.
• Define MVP scope and launch readiness criteria.
• Assist with sprint planning and release sequencing.
• Plan phased capability delivery with stakeholders.
