Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA Appian Test Engineer to partner with project teams, design testing strategies for Appian applications, and execute tests across multiple projects. You will document results, analyze bugs, and help translate findings into actionable user stories, while collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with experience juggling multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract requirements; travel flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved; analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories and contribute to testability improvements.
