Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our Appian-focused teams in the United States. You will help develop testing strategies, implement QA plans, and ensure quality across multiple Appian projects.

Responsibilities include creating test scripts, documenting results, and collaborating with project leads and developers to resolve issues; you will analyze bugs for trends and write user stories. This role requires U.S. citizenship and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with multi-project experience.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• U.S. citizen per contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts; record results.
