Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our Appian project teams in the United States. You will help develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications and ensure quality across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with project leads and developers, review test scripts, document results, analyze bugs, and contribute to user stories in an agile environment. Travel as needed; US citizenship is required by contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (e.g., Appian, UiPath, Pega)
• Detail oriented with experience on multiple projects in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Create documentation and test scripts and record results
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyze bugs to identify trends
• Write user stories
