Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams, developing and implementing testing strategies for Appian applications. The role involves QA testing across several projects, creating test scripts, and documenting results, while collaborating with leads and developers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/IT, 3+ years of QA testing experience, and is comfortable in an agile environment with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with experience handling multiple projects.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories
