Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications. You will partner with Appian project teams to ensure quality across several projects and write clear user stories.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business/IT or related field, 3+ years of QA testing, and experience in an agile environment. Travel flexibility and U.S. citizenship are required for contract purposes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software applications including Appian, UiPath or Pega.
• Detail oriented with multi-project workload experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts and record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends and write user stories.
