Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams and develop testing strategies specific to Appian applications. This role will perform QA testing across multiple projects, create documentation and test scripts, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of QA testing experience (Appian, UiPath, Pega), and strong Agile experience. Travel flexibility and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
