Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team and collaborate with Appian project teams to develop testing strategies and ensure quality across multiple projects.

The role involves performing QA testing on Appian applications, creating test scripts, recording results, and working with developers to resolve issues. Travel may be required; competitive benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with multi-project experience.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
