Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team and partner with Appian project teams to develop testing strategies for Appian applications. You will perform QA testing across projects and create test scripts with results, helping ensure quality from sprint to release.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leads and developers to resolve issues, analyzing bugs to identify trends, and writing user stories. A US citizen is required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (e.g., Appian, UiPath, Pega)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
Detail oriented with experience juggling several projects
Experience working in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects
Create documentation and test scripts and record results
Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
Analyze bugs to identify trends
Write user stories
