Groundswell Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to support Product Dev Managers in defining MVPs and release plans. You will conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, and BPM analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to craft user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

The role requires remote work with East-Coast hours and an active security clearance. You will also help prioritize features within the roadmap and produce user analytics to inform decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, refining requirements for information systems.
• Experience documenting requirements using use cases and Agile user stories.

• Define MVP scope and release plans with Product Dev Managers.
