Atlas Technologies, Inc. invites experienced Business Process Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on automating processes between Appian and PeopleSoft.

You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for developers, enabling seamless interaction with PeopleSoft data and workflows within Appian interfaces. We seek 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience, BPMN proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (v24+).
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Appian Certified Analyst is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities with Appian.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows, data models, interfaces.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and supporting UAT and system testing.
• Ensure solutions meet standards and integrate with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflow.
• Run workshops to achieve clarity and consensus on requirements.
• Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides with governance.
