Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with digital and agency channels.

Remote work from anywhere in the United States (except HI/AK) is supported. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in technical writing and strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, with experience in SOPs, API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a multi-domain system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify interdependencies across multiple domains for seamless integration.
• Lead delivery of projects and initiatives within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Foster relationships with Architecture Review Committee and other partners to support teamwork.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide SME guidance to business partners on applications and platforms.
• Review and update documentation; report status of issues and risks to BRM/BRMC/PM.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for new or enhanced systems.
• Perform data analysis and contribute to reports and dashboards.
