Create and edit high-quality technical content—guides, tutorials, architecture documents—that clarify complex topics for audiences ranging from developers to business stakeholders. Apply information architecture best practices to organize and present documentation for ease of use, discoverability, and scalability. Implement and adhere to style guides, docs-as-code standards, and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across deliverables. Evaluate existing documentation for clarity, completeness, and accuracy; recommend and implement improvements where necessary. Clearly explain documentation decisions, tradeoffs, and reasoning to stakeholders and collaborators through written narratives.
