Job summary

Apexon is hiring for an APDS ServiceNow Admin to administer and support the integration between a custom-coded APDS and the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on interface monitoring, workflow configuration, data reconciliation, incident resolution, access control, audit support, and change management while ensuring compliance with government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements.

Remote work is offered; an active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Core consulting skills and Agile software development experience.
• ServiceNow implementation, administration, and workflow configuration.
• Interface monitoring, data reconciliation, access control, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support integration between APDS and ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Perform data reconciliation and resolve inconsistencies.
• Investigate incidents related to platform functionality and provisioning workflows.
• Maintain access controls and support audits and change management.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure compliant operations.
