Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support modernization of legacy applications and expansion of ServiceNow capabilities, including migrating legacy Oracle APEX apps to ServiceNow.

The role involves hands-on development, configuration, system integration, security implementation, and knowledge transfer in an Agile/Scrum environment, with on-site work in San Diego, CA. Candidates should have extensive ServiceNow experience, ITSM expertise, and DoD security readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT experience.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and application development.
• Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP and related web technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with authentication and integration technologies such as SSO, LDAP, and SAML.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of legacy Oracle APEX to ServiceNow with minimal disruption.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, HTML, CSS, and MID Servers.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules, workflows, and related functions.
• Design and implement RBAC, field-level security, and other security controls for PII protection.
• Support CAC and MFA integration and identity management capabilities.
• Develop and maintain system integrations via REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, and SAML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; provide training and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and track project progress and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and contractual requirements.
