Job summary

Apexon is hiring for an APDS ServiceNow Admin to administer and support the integration between a custom-coded APDS and the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on interface monitoring, workflow configuration, data reconciliation, incident resolution, access control, audit support, and change management while ensuring compliance with government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements.

Remote work is offered; an active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support integration between APDS and ServiceNow platform.

• Investigate incidents related to platform functionality and provisioning workflows.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced APDS ServiceNow Admin to administer and support the integration between a custom-coded Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning System (APDS) and the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on interface monitoring, workflow configuration, data reconciliation, incident resolution, access control, audit support, and change management while ensuring compliance with applicable government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the integration between the custom-coded APDS and the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain reliable system operations.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting account provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Perform data reconciliation to identify and resolve inconsistencies between integrated systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to platform functionality, interfaces, and account provisioning workflows.
• Maintain access controls and support appropriate access management practices.
• Support audits by maintaining relevant records, documentation, and evidence.
• Coordinate change management activities and validate changes before and after implementation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government security, privacy, records-management, and authorization requirements.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain stable and compliant operations.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
