Owens & Minor seeks an Accounts Payable Vendor Coordinator to support vendor master data management and related ERP activities. You will process vendor requests, ensure data accuracy, and generate routine reports to support timely payments and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounts payable or vendor data, strong Excel, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday. This is a remote position based in Virginia with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in accounts payable, vendor master data or related.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle/Workday).
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor master data requests from business, apply in SAP/Oracle/Workday.
• Validate vendor data conformance to policies and procedures.
• Investigate vendor master data issues and coordinate complex changes.
• Monitor daily requests for timely updates and payments.
• Support tools and workflow systems for vendor master data.
• Assist with 1099 reporting reconciliation and audit documentation.
• Generate/analyze reports on vendor change activity.
